2018 Film Festival Marathon
Mark your calendars! March 20 is the sixth annual Celebration of People with Disabilities in Films Festival, held in the Bianco Room.
The annual Celebration of People with Disabilities in Films, hosted by Professor of Information Technology Jim Lawler, DPS, has brought together numerous community organizations, including distinguished panelists in the field of disability studies. This is an extremely popular event, and a very important one! Be there to celebrate the strides in diversity that are being made in film:

Films included at this event will feature selections from leading disability film festivals across the nation, highlighting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities (IDD) and their experiences.
Professor Lawler is passionate about movements for the rights of those with disabilities, and campaigns for their experiences to become more visible in society. The Disability Film Festival is an excellent opportunity for everyone in the Pace Community to join in the movement!
