Monday, September 5
Bed, Bath, and Beyond Dance Party
7:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. | Meet at Spruce Street and Gold Street
Get those dorm room essentials and bust a move all in one trip. For those interested in making the journey to acquire everything from towels to picture frames, shuttles will be departing from the corner of Spruce and Gold, en route to this dance party/superstore extravaganza.
Tuesday, September 6
10:30 a.m. | Schimmel Theatre
The Class of 2020 officially begins their journey at Pace! As a keystone for your future academic experience, keynote speaker and Dean of the Lubin School of Business Neil Braun will focus on the theme “Get Grit: Passion, Perseverance, and Motivation,” which will be woven into the first-year curriculum. Convocation After Party

Freshman year is now officially underway—celebrate with the Convocation after party, which will span several locations: Bianco Room, Courtyard, Meeting Room A, and the Student Union in One Pace Plaza. Highlights include a beach party in the Courtyard, virtual reality room, nine-hole mini-golf, and some seriously sweet treats.

LGBTA and Social Justice Center Eat, Meet, and Greet

P.A.C.E BOARD Fall Fest

Pace’s infamous programming board is officially welcoming you to school with Dance Dance Revolution, food trucks, arcade-style games, Build-a-Bear, airbrush tattoos, and so much more. Drop by for some games, chow down on a culinary revelation, head to class for a few hours, and come on back to the party!

Pace International Welcome Picnic

Like picnics? Interested in meeting fellow international students or hearing more about what it’s like to study abroad? Head to the Courtyard around lunch time to connect with international students and study abroad alumni, and share your experiences with students going abroad later this year.
Campus Activities Fair and Ice Cream and Cake Social with Dining Advisory Board

There’s a lot on campus you could get involved with—from sketch comedy to social justice, get to know the student groups on campus. In a few months, someone you chatted up at a table might be your best friend. Of course, bonding over free ice cream and cake, courtesy of the Dining Advisory Board, never hurts.

Fast & Furious Marathon

9/11 Memorial Vigil

To honor, mourn, and remember the victims of 9/11, the Office of Housing and Residential Life will be holding a candlelight vigil in front of One Pace Plaza, which will then process to the World Trade Center site. Read more.
