Ready to network with PwC? Or maybe you’re looking for some peace at morning yoga? Check out these events on the NYC Campus for some career information and fun relaxation.

Here’s what’s coming up this week:

Monday, February 6

Nonprofit Career Panel
6:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. | Bianco Room
Further a social cause or advocate for others in a nonprofit career! Not sure how to start? Attend a Nonprofit Career Panel discussion that will be moderated by the Women’s and Gender Studies department and will feature alumni panelists Kevin Bencosme-Abreu ’16, of FEMA; Jean Dorak ’13, of the Association For A Better New York; and Elizabeth Pooran ’16, of Senior Planet.


Tuesday, February 7

PwC Lecture
3:25 p.m.–4:25 p.m. | Lecture Hall North
Come out for an informative lecture series and leadership presentation by PwC featuring food and refreshments. Please dress in business casual attire.


Wednesday, February 8

Yoga
8:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. | Student Union, Meeting Room A
Relax and unwind in a calming session of Yoga in the Student Union! Stretch out and clear your mind so you can take on the semester with ease.

Casino Royale
8:00 p.m. | Bianco Room
Put on your best poker face to Residence Hall Association's casino night, featuring games, food, and huge prizes.

Campus Activities Fair

Friday, February 10

LGBTQA Fashion Show
7:00 p.m. | Student Union
Lights, camera, fashion! The LGBTQA and Social Justice Center, Queer Society, and the Lavender Ladies will be hosting a Love Yourself LGBTQA Fashion Show showcasing personal style and performances from the LGBTQA Community here at Pace.


Saturday, February 11

The Reduced Shakespeare Company: William Shakespeare’s Long Lost First Play (Abridged)
7:30 p.m. | Schimmel Theatre
Get ready for this Shakespeare shakeup! Using questionable scholarship and street-performer smarts, playwrights Reed Martin and Austin Tichenor weave together most of the famous speeches and plot devices of Shakespeare’s 39 plays to create a fast, funny, and fictional performance full of puns, wit, and a wide variety of influence pulled from Shakespeare’s powerful plays. Pace students can purchase $10 tickets by visiting the box office.
