Things are getting wild on the New York City Campus this week with Spring Fest Safari, a battle for the best major, a murder mystery, and so much more. Clear your calendars for the best week ever.

Battle of the Majors
Monday, April 18 │ 6:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m. │ Bianco Room
Do you think your major is the best major? Prove it at Battle of the Majors, Pace's first on-campus competitive event showcasing academic, leadership, and teamwork prowess. Through engaging events like pub-style trivia competitions spun off of Jeopardy and Family Feud as well as team-building games, students will have the opportunity to compete for prizes from local businesses and trophies that will show off your title as Pace's first battle champ. PAASA Take Back The Night and Shout Out
Tuesday, April 19 │ 8:00 p.m. │ Courtyard
Pace students, faculty, and staff will take to the streets to raise awareness of sexual assault at Take Back the Night (TBTN), a national vigil dedicated to survivors of “crimes of silence.” Stand in solidarity for all those who have experienced attacks of sexual violence and march through the community holding posters and candles, wearing t-shirts, and chanting to shatter the silence and stop the violence. Sponsored by #PaceUEndRape.

Spring Fest Safari
Wednesday, April 20 │ 12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. │ Student Union and Courtyard
P.A.C.E. Board is showing the NYC Campus a wild time at their Spring Fest Safari. For one afternoon, say goodbye to the concrete jungle and hello to your new Pace jungle in the Courtyard and Student Union. Exotic animals, inflatables, food, henna artists, and more will be on campus. Don’t forget to share your selfies with the cute, fuzzy animals using #SpringFestSafari on social media.

Dodgeball with the Betas
Thursday, April 21 │ 9:30 p.m.–11:30 p.m. │ Gym
Dodge, duck, dive, dip, and dodge your way to the end of the game as Sigma Lambda Beta hosts a night of your favorite childhood game: dodgeball. Click here to RSVP.

Lavender Awards
Thursday, April 21 │ 6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. │ 157 William Street, 18th Floor
The LGBTQA and Social Justice Center’s fourth annual Lavender Awards—a ceremony that recognizes Pace University students, staff, faculty, and alumni who have made impactful contributions to the LGBTQA community. The three hour event will kick off with a cocktail hour and networking session, followed by the awards ceremony, and will conclude with a reception and dancing.

Murder Mystery Dinner Party
Friday, April 22 │ 6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. │ Bianco Room
Was it Professor Mischief in the lab with deadly chemicals, or was it T-Bone himself in the gym with a bowling ball? Be part of the crime and the mystery at the Chemistry Club’s annual Murder Mystery Dinner Party. The life size game of Clue holds secrets and entertaining bits to be shared in portions throughout the dinner while students gain first-hand experience handling and collecting evidence.

Psi Chi Spring Symposium
Saturday, April 23 │ 2:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m. │ Student Union
Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology invites you to their annual spring symposium with two distinguished faculty members from the Psychology Department: Florence Denmark, PhD, and Mercedes McCormick, PhD. Lunch will be served before the professors talk about the field and new developments in psychology.

Earth Day
Sunday, April 24 │ 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.│ Bianco Room
Join the Chemistry Club as they demonstrate support for a healthy environment, raise awareness about environmental issues, and remind the Pace Community that this is our collective planet we need to sustain. As a community, we can create a better world through recyclable plastics, cleaner burning fuels, phosphate-free detergents, environmental monitoring, and green chemistry initiatives.
