A Month of Masterpieces
Popular lecturer Janetta Rebold Benton, PhD, is back at the Schimmel Center this month for a series on architectural masterpieces around the world.
Janetta Rebold Benton, PhD, Dyson College of Arts and Sciences distinguished professor, returns to the Schimmel Center this month for a lecture series on architectural masterpieces around the world. Each program will begin at 12:15 p.m.
Pace faculty and staff are eligible for discounted $20 tickets, which must be purchased at the Schimmel box office, with a Pace ID. The box office is open Monday to Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., as well two hours before every performance. More information is available at schimmel.pace.edu, or (212) 346-1715.
The itinerary for Professor Benton’s lectures will be:
- Italy, February 4
- France, February 11
- England, February 18
- Extreme Architecture (including examples in China, Dubai, Portugal, and Spain), February 25
Each lecture is also followed by a luncheon, hosted by Professor Benton, with a menu based on foods from the country or countries discussed that day.
